Morning Dog Walk
I spoke too soon on Tuesday. It started snow showering yesterday and went into the night. It's stopped now with about 3 inches down and now its melting. If temps dip tonight whats left will be icy slush in the morning. Never mind, its only Winter having one last go at us before Spring settles in properly.
I guess the pavement of the walkways and under the bench retain enough heat from the sun to melt the snow which falls on them, in comparison to the snow that clings everywhere else. But it still looks weird -- especially the photo of the park bench!
ReplyDeleteWe had snow last week. It almost felt like sci-fi. That said, I think March is often the month when we get snow in this country. Early March or late February.
